Your Bruno account lives at the operator's own site, and only the operator can verify, restore or unblock it. This page explains how signing in works and what to do when it doesn't.
How to sign in to your account
- Open bruno-officieel.nl in your browser — type the address or use a bookmark you saved yourself, never a link from an email.
- Find the Login button and click it.
- Enter the email address and password you chose when you registered.
- Submit the form to reach your account.
No account yet? Registration happens at the operator's site too, through the sign-up button on the same page.
Resetting a password the safe way
Forgotten your password? The operator sends a reset link to the email address on your account. Click the password-recovery option on the login screen, enter your registered email, and check your inbox for the link.
If the email address you used at registration is no longer reachable, contact the operator's support team with proof of identity. They can update the address on file once they verify you own the account.
Why a login is refused
Sign-in fails for a handful of reasons, most of them straightforward to fix:
- Wrong credentials. Check your email address for typos and make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password.
- Unverified account. Some operators ask for identity documents before the first withdrawal or above a stated amount. Upload what verification requires before you can sign in again.
- Browser session issue. Clear your cookies and cache, restart the browser, then try again.
- Regional restriction. The operator may not accept players from your location. Check the terms for accepted countries.
- Self-exclusion in force. If you set a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, the block stays until the term ends. Contact support if you need help, and visit BeGambleAware.org for confidential support.
The mobile route
Sign in from a phone by opening bruno-officieel.nl in your mobile browser. The account and password are the same as on desktop. Enter your credentials through the login button, exactly as you would on a computer.
Holds, checks and self-exclusion
An account can be restricted for verification, inactivity or a self-imposed break. Verification holds appear when the operator asks for documents — usually at the first withdrawal. Upload a copy of your passport or national identity card, and a utility bill or bank statement showing your address, to clear the check.
Accounts closed under self-exclusion stay closed for the period you chose. The operator cannot lift the block early, and trying to open a second account while excluded breaches the terms. If gambling is no longer entertainment, free help is available at GamCare (0808 8020 133, 24/7).
Support channels
Problems signing in? Reach the operator's support team at [email protected]. Have your registered email address ready, the time the problem started, and the exact message you see on screen — that detail lets support answer on the first reply instead of asking for it later.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only at the operator's own address — bruno-officieel.nl, typed or bookmarked by you, never through a link in an email or a message. Use a password you haven't used anywhere else, and sign out when you finish if the device is shared with anyone.
You must be 18 or over (18+) to use this site. If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, confidential support is free at BeGambleAware.org.
